We intend them to be spaces for people working in social justice and climate justice movements and their intersections to gather, learn skills and receive care and support.

We attend to impact and harm by supporting the learning of skills, practices and systems that subvert structures and habits of dominance, right/wrong thinking, shaming and blaming, and reward and punishment.

We offer training, coaching and group facilitation that allow individuals and organizations to attend to impact and harm as it arises, building trust and connection. When there is a foundation of trust and connection, challenges and conflicts become sources of inspiration, creativity, learning and growth.

Get in good trouble, necessary troubleā€¦
