“Taking the Battle out of Decision Making” Workshop, Saturday, March 2, 2024, 10:00 am to 1:30 pm Pacific Time.

This workshop is for climate activists interested in learning how to facilitate or support inclusive decision making processes in their organizations. Learn skills and tools, grounded in the principles and practices of nonviolence, that build collaboration and creativity into how your group makes decisions. The workshop will take participants through a multi-step process that can be adapted for any situation. We will simulate the process using an example from the group with plenty of opportunities to participate and ask questions.

This workshop is being offered through the Gift Economy. The proceeds from donations will be shared between Necessary Trouble Collective and Westcoast Climate Action Network (WE-CAN).
